Trout Fishing - 3lb Brown trout
Went trout fishing on November 3rd, 2007 for Rainbow & Brown trout to try and get a leg up on the competition. Our trout season is just getting stared this month and it is time for me to find the fish. Set out early this morning to try to locate some trout since our first tournament is November 17th, 2007. The Jocassee Outdoor Center puts these tournaments on every year starting in November ending in April. Below is a 5 minute video clip of some of the action to see this year. Just hope the fishing trout gods our with us again this season when it counts. Fishing for these trout can be very humbling and that is not including the weather during the winter months. Lake Jocassee can be the most beautiful and most dangerous lake I have fished. But hooking one of its treasures can make it all worth while. More to come on the tournaments and this lakes challenges.
